With over 10 years of experience in the real estate sector, including residential, commercial, land development and property management, Kristy possesses expertise to manage everything from building custom homes to managing commercial properties. She has experience in multiple accounting and payroll software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, Yardi, MRI, ADP, Netchex and more. Additionally, she is an AIPB certified Bookkeeper and certified QuickBooks user.
In her leisure time she likes to visit the beach, go for a run and explore new AI tools.
